I believe in taking a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, treating the whole person and not just their symptoms, and working collaboratively with my clients to meet their unique needs. I use evidence-based approaches with a focus on nervous system regulation and trauma-informed care. I also use attachment-based strategies to help my clients rewire their brain, improve self-regulation, and develop meaningful relationships.
I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and that the therapeutic relationship can help us unlock that potential. I provide a supportive environment where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours with curiosity and compassion.
